52086-1/2. Looks good to me. I think it’s the only Case physician’s knife that has a clip master blade. Swages look good, has period-correct stag and TESTED block letter shield. Stamp looks legit - crisp lines with squared corners. 
Listing doesn’t say, but should be 3-1/4 inches closed length.

Just goes to show that there are Case knives out there that I have not see although I am 83 yrs old and have swapped' tradded, rebuilted and bought Case knives for 65 of those yrs.
