Going through old military stuff from my family and found this knife. I have looked through hundreds of tang marker and can’t figure who made this knife. Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated.

The pattern is called a, "knicker" knife; l believe from the German word for hunting knife(jadjknicker) although that is the 1st one l have seen with that style of handle. I am not familiar with the mark.
