I’m 56 years old and just recently closed on a house with some property in Indiana. Finally my dream of hunting is going to happen. I was blessed with having a place to take my son deer hunting on youth hunts when he was younger, but now I finally get to.

Congratulations Carman . Indiana has some great country for whitetail and a lot of outdoor activities. Enjoy .

This picture came in later last evening showing our oldest grandson with a fine bass! I reckon he couldn't let his younger brother get all the attention yesterday with his 1st deer. 1000002592.jpg
I have fond memories of these boys learning to fish here at Starvation Plantation as well as sitting in the shooting house and attempting to be quite.
What a difference 15 years makes!

... He does like taking a swim in the billabong, sometimes I can't get him out!

Great pic ! Looks like she’s getting her winter coat ready for the season.
Things here in Buffalo county are starting to get exciting. The Doe are splitting up and about ready for the bucks . Here’s a few pics from yesterday of a couple bucks testing each other. Another on the scent of a doe that came by 10 minutes earlier.
