Western States Boulder, Colo. Pocketknife
I recently found a Western States, Boulder, Colo. pocketknife advertising "Hillyard Sales Company, St. Joseph. Mo" on the handle. I would like know when this knife was made and it's approximate worth. I paid $19 for it from an antique mall in Tombstone, Arizona a couple of weeks ago. Thank you.

It is a model 2121BH, made in 1941 only. Nor resurrected after WW2.
The covers are celluloid and have yellowed a lot. Some shrinkage has occurred. The original color was "pearl", much whiter.
Worth? Depends on who's buying. A die-hard Western folding knife collector who wants one of every model may be willing pay a lot. Being an extremely frugal Wendish/German/Scottish cheap skate with 30+ years as a volunteer Firefighter/EMTB/recovery Diver, I would have offered $10 and started negotiating up if necessary. But then, I'm also primarily a fixed blade guy. One of our members who frequently sell folders can give you a price they would tack on it.
