Been looking at a Vtg. Italy Coltelerie Piscitelli Frosolone Folding Knife, does anyone have any information about them? Thanks

Frosolone is an old knife industry province in Italy, much like Maniago. "Coltellerie" means "cutlery". And the Piscitelli family is an old knife making family in Frosolone (sort of like the Buck family here in the US).

Since you say it's a vintage knife, I know of a few old-time knifemakers in Frosolone who were named Piscitelli- Gelsomino, Domenico, and Vincenzo. Often their knives will have their first initial in front of their last name. But if there is no initial then it may be difficult to impossible to tell who made it. Unfortunately trying to trace the history of old Italian knives is often difficult to impossible.
