Davey Crockett Knives

Post by Miller Bro's »

Anyone remember the Walt Disney TV show Davey Crockett?

It ran 1954-55 with Fess Parker as Davey Crockett.

Evidently they made a few different patterns with this advertising on the handles.
I only have this one, a four blade utility knife.

If you have any I would like to see them! ::tu::

I've seen some Davy Crockett cutlery scattered around AAPK.
But I did not see one that looks like the one that you posted.
VERY NICE acquisition, Dimitri. ::tu:: ::tu::

Here are 2 I have. *Edited

On one of the Cutlery Corner episodes several years back, Buzz Parker said Fess was his grandfather, and gullible me believed it. ::uc::

Very nice John, I really like the little hatchet knife!

I have seen these before without the Crockett advertising, will have to start looking for one now ::facepalm::

Nice examples of knives relating to the Davey Crockett TV series which I remember watching as a kid. Another one I remember watching was Swamp Fox starring Leslie Neilson. Was there ever any knives inspired from that show?
