I usually hit this show too. Last year I went to the National Gun Show at Dulles first and didn't get to this show until everyone was packing up. Not going to let that happen again. ::facepalm::

I'm going. Right in my back yard, almost. I could walk to it if I wanted to.

Anybody going today? I'll be there with my black Summit Racing hat on, if you see me stop to say hello.

Hoping to score some vintage L&C's, H&B's or Official Scouts.........closest knife-only show to my home!

Stopped in on Friday. Talked to Bob (robinetn) and his wife. Only bought one knife, a S&M #54 Stag Keystone Wharncliffe Whittler from the Daniels clan. Stopped by again today to say goodbye to Bob.

I stopped by with my cousin from Frederick today, he bought a Mora knife he was looking for. Apparently their simple design and materials are favored by the prepper/bushcraft crowd.

Great time talking to Bob, hope he made some decent sales!

Spent 2 hours at the show on Friday afternoon. This was my first time at this show and I was a little disappointed. I had brought some fine trading stock but everybody wanted to buy below wholesale and sell above retail. Needless to say I only came home with what I went with. On the ride over to Harper Ferry WV we did stop at a little antique store and I found a beautiful LF&C that I didn't have in my collection so not all was lost. I will visit the show again since it's the closet knife-only show to my home.

I found this Winchester 1987 jigged bone coffin jack with a price to good to pass up yesterday at the show. I already have the goldstone, just need to find a pearl.

Sorry Lyle, not a farmers jack to be found.

Anyone going to the Mason-Dixon show next Saturday? I've never been to this location, trying to rally Herb.

I was a member there for years and that location is easily accessible from the highway. I'd love to go but getting Joanie ready and getting there would take 5 hours and by then you'd have all the good stuff bought up. If you go, tell Bill Crilley and Jerry S. that John O' says hello. Great folks in that club. ::handshake:: O'.

By the way: Here's a little memento from the MDKC show that I'm kinda proud of. Has it really been 25 years ago ? ! Yikes!!!! O'.
