Hi there
I recently found this knife in a drawer at home and can’t seem to find it anywhere online
There is large writing with “wildcat” on the Blade and at the bottom it says “Burton McCall” which I imagine is the brand?
On the back it says “stainless steel Japan”
There is nothing else that I can see
If anyone knows anything that would be great
Thank you
Does anyone know what this knife is worth?

Burton McCall seems to be distributor. They're not based in Japan but the knife was made there. They had it made on contract or ordered a certain amount and had their brand stamped on it. Your knife looks alot like an explorer or CI or one of the other many various brands from 70's 80's Japan. There were many wildcats, bob cats and tom cats. Kitty cats must have been popular then. Your knife's value is in its utility which is considerable
That's my Etsy store where I sell old knives and sometimes handmade knife accessories to support my knife habbit. Thanks for looking my friend.

In general, most budget level knives from Japan, Taiwan, HK, etc. don't hold any monetary value for knife collectors. It's a good knife to just put in your pocket and use as needed.
