Figural Pocket Knife

Hi - I’m not familiar with the name on the tang of this figural knife that looks like a tiger. I think it says ART? Thanks!

I have seen that tang stamp before. I have a small figural knife of a red hot pepper with that tang stamp. I don't know anything about the company, but I have seen the stamp.
Find the knife I will post a picture of it.

Here’s a knife that I found on ebay. It looks a lot like the one I own. The listing doesn’t give any info on the manufacturer. The next to last photo shows the mark “ART” on the blade.
