Couple of real beauties you got, Floyd 8) Not only do you now have some great knives that are sweet mementos of Ivoryman, you also got the joy of helping the Sorensen family, for which I know they are very grateful. Hard to beat a priceless purchase like that. Well done ::tu::
Thanks Q.

I appreciate the advice GSP..... . I actually do keep some in the safe, some in boxes, a couple in my pocket and there are a few I don't remember where I put them. I do have a K9 security system much like yours.

Thank you for the bomb proof packaging, Tom! Just got home from a day trip and there it was. I’ll post some pics here in a bit.

Camillus Sword Brand Jack from the Brian Sorenson collection. I believe it’s a #16 pattern.

I really, really, really like it and I hope my purchase helps Brian’s family in some small way. I am honored to own this knife! I can’t not carry it.

I’m happy that your happy Rick, you got yourself a keeper with provenance, doesn’t get much better than that.

Love the reflection of your electric yellow shirt in the images!

Ha! I changed into that shirt as soon as we got home because my wife won’t go anywhere with me if I’m wearing it. It is definitely bright but it’s super comfortable. 😁

Picked up another Case 028 to add to my Teardrop collection. I love the color on this one ::tu:: but it has a disappointingly weak snap ::td:: Typical modern Case quality inconsistency :( But, since it's just for display not for actual use, I guess I can live with it :| Still, I prefer ALL my knives to be fully functional regardless of whether for display or for use.

I went to a gun show in Southern Oregon this weekend. This was a new show to me and although it was small, I was very encouraged to find some nice knives without breaking the bank.

Some nice Schades that look like they've probably been used. The Schrade Walden has been used but is in really nice cond.

Look Cole at it, I had a new one the other day that had a piece of buffing where that was in there. I washed it out with hot soap and water, blew it dry and oiled it and it was way better.
