Auction For Ivoryman's Elder Manufacturing 3-Blade Stockman, 3.375" In Near Mint Condition (AM)

Post by bestgear »

Thank you for your interest in this near mint condition knife from The Brian Sorenson (Ivoryman) Knife Collection. This 3-Blade Stockman pattern knife is manufactured by Elder Manufacturing and is 3.375" long and comes with the original box and paperwork missing. The brown jigged bone covers have no chips or cracks. The unsharpened and unused clip point main blade and spear point and sheep foot secondary blades with no half stop all snap firmly when opened and closed with minimal side-to-side play when fully extended. The brass liners and domed pins and nickel silver bolsters are in a commensurate condition with the grade of this knife.

The starting price for this forum auction is $150. Please increase bids by at least increments of $10 to help influence both the pace of bidding and the final price. This forum auction will run from now until Midnight Eastern Time (0000 hours) Sunday, September 7, 2025. The knife will go to the high bidder at the time the auction ends. Payment must be received before the knife is shipped. I will contact the winning bidder to complete the transaction shortly after the forum auction ends. The price paid for this knife includes domestic shipping. The shipping includes $100 of insurance, additional insurance is always available for an additional fee, just let me know. This knife comes from a smoke, vape and pet-free home and will be properly packaged in a cardboard box with a tracking number provided to you. There are no returns with this knife, and all sales are final, so we kindly ask you to please present all questions and requests for additional images ahead of making a buying decision. Check out the remainder of the collection in my AAPK store here https://www.allaboutpocketknives.com/ca ... &path=4309 and thank you for your buying consideration and support to the Sorensen family.

Fabulous bone and a cool vintage tang stamp....Ivoryman sure knew how to pick 'em, and apparently he's not the only one. Good eye and good choice, Coley ::tu::

It has come to my attention that the knife in this auction, according to Ivoryman’s own post this past March (https://www.allaboutpocketknives.com/kn ... r#p1190051) is not the real deal. While well made and difficult to authenticate, I’m going to act with an abundance of caution and end this auction and relieve any bidders from completing a purchase. Thank you for your bid (Coley) and interest in this knife, this is 100% the right thing to do.

Any questions, give me a shout.
