Help identifying pocketknives

Hi, first post here after just reading for a while. I recently got these two from my uncle's estate and cannot find ANY information about a maker. They have been stored for at least 20 years so they have to be at least pre-2005. If anyone has any info I would appreciate it.

I haven't been able to find any corroboration, but Arizona Customs identifies that mark as belonging to someone named Marcus McElhannon (pics below). I searched the internet using two search engines and cannot find any other reference to a knifemaker by that name, or any others knives attributed to such a person.

I did find another folder (on ebay) with the same stamp.

And here's another fixed-blade with the same tang stamp. I haven't been able to identify the logo etched on the blade yet, but it might be Gulf Coast Knife Club (active 1986-2009, now defunct). This might lead to confirmation about the maker. They do use an anchor as part of their logo (pic below).

I knew Marcus McElhannon quite well back in the 1980's and 1990's. He was a talented knife maker living in the Houston Tx. area. We even did a show in Dallas together. Last I knew he was headed to Nashville with visions of pursuing a music career and I lost touch with him after that. Page 153 of Levine's Guide IV has info I provided on the GCKC fixed blade shown above. Only 8 of these knives were made and they were offered as a custom knife along with a factory knife in 1993 for the GCKC. All his knives had very clean lines as shown.

Thank you for the information, and the confirmation. I pursued ever lead I could find as far as the internet would let me. The last lead I had was an old email address for the Gulf Coast Knife Club that I was going to offer the OP to try and track down the maker of the GCKC fixed-blade that I posted, and thereby identify the maker of his knives.

That's awesome, thanks for the additional info.

For some context, these knives are actually going to my son when he gets older because his name is Marcus, but I hoped to have this type of info to pass on down to him with it. Thanks to both of you.
