I have the same knife. Made by Camillus, satmped, "HIGH CARBON" and blade-etched Sta-Sharp CRAFTSMAN for Sears, C.1930's. They are very tough knives. Can't find anything on TRU-TEST. I'll try to send a pic. J.O'.

Tru-Test. was a hardware brand of the Crescent Firearms CO. of Norwich, CT. (Internet). Good look with it. Mine is my EDC. J.O'.

Two beautiful old knives. I was thinking Tru-Test was a hardware store brand but for the life of me I can't remember which one.

Me too. There’s TrueValue, Tru-Temper, Tru-Test, and probably some other True’s.
I dug it up from the internet. 🤝 J.O’.

Cresent Firearms was a prolific manufacturer. About ever hardware brand of double barrel came from them. And all pretty well made. Probably single barrel as well.
