Couple of Keen Kutters.

Keen Kutter was first used as a knife brand by Simmons Hardware Company in 1870. The trademark was used on the highest quality tools and cutlery Simmons offered.

Excellent dye and jigging on those bone scales. 😎👍💯
Pocket, fixed, machete, axe, it's all good!

The reason I would like to know what the model is of the top one is that I am an old man of 76 years and a former shop teacher who likes to restore, collect and use a few old knives that I like the style of. Not to complain, but the older I get, the more I am relegated to do more set-down work in my home shop rather than the stand-up work that I also still enjoy soooos I have modified a set-down work area in my shop with the tools needed to restore old folding knives and I am having a blast. Also I still enjoy rebuilding an occasional vintage motorcycle and am currently restoring an old Cushman Truckster that I work on, but the old knives are also what I enjoy workin on and carrying. Take care and thanks again..... oldmandan havin more fun than I can stand workin on "stuff" in my shed.........

Sorry for the delay, but I just saw your post. The knife you asked about is a pattern number K88, it is stamped on the back. Sellens book shows the pattern with a bomb shield instead of the logo shield on my knife.
