A search here for “6299” will find a lot of information, including that all legitimate Tested 6299-1/2 knives have “A” blades. The blade shape was not changed until some time after the Tested era.

Also it would be unusual for Case Tested jigged bone to NOT be greenbone. More info might be available with a picture of the knife.
