Interesting Gerber Paul knife

I have been doing an cleanout of a house and have found a number of interesting pieces including this one.

Its a Paul Knife PM2 with artistic grips. Google hasn't shown me one that looks anything like this one.
Wondering if someone added the art or if this was an option?

Very nice knife! I don’t know for certain but guessing the scrimshaw work was not done by Gerber.

As one scale is marked BRADY, and the style and color seem to match her work, I would guess the scrimshaw may have been done by Sarah Brady of Ohio. I don't recall the city name, but I'm sure a Google search would provide contact information.

Aaron, this would have been done in the late 70s or early 80s. I began my scrimshaw career in 1976. This Brady signature didn't change till the year 2000. From 2000 to 2009, I signed in a ribbon. I have changed my signiture every 10 years since.
I can tell by the color and line work that this was an early piece. You may have one of the only mushroom knives I ever etched.
