From 1992.

It's mark is the founder's last name. A one-man operation at first, became a company later. Ended as mostly a kitchen products maker. J.O'.

Another clue: Not the American company, but this same family name was associated with WWII Nazi German knife production. O'.

Not Henckels. That's a German firm. This knife is American made by a company with a German heritage. O'.
