Heirloom butcher knife (fourth-gen to have used it) and Walmart's sort of Leatherman clone, the Ozark Trail Multiforce.

As the guy with probably 30 or more multitools from decent brands (half of those Leatherman), the Multiforce isn't as good as the Wave, but close. Most cheap multitools have terrible fit and finish, the saws don't cut well, useless files, scissors blades have huge gaps between them, drivers poorly machined and slip. The Multiforce--everything works as intended. Oh, and no spring action pliers--a common feature of cheap multitools that I hate.
