Old knife made in Italy. No spring, I ran across one today, horn handles. Don’t no if it worth fixing. Harold

It's absolutely worth fixing- but get it done correctly.
I'm sure you will get some offers by PM, so remember-it's not a $150 knife, even without a spring it's valuable.
