Victory 1945 Balisong?

Post by zed6309 »

Hi guys sorry for my disappearance, not been having a great time health wise physically and mentally, anyway one thing I still love more than ever is my knives , I picked this up Saturday ,pretty rare in the uk as there banned , well it’s ok if it’s over 100yrs old , it’s got stamped Victory 1945 on the blade , looks Filipino, I tightened it all up and it works great , not used one since the 80’s , what’s everyone’s thoughts on it , any Balisong experts ::tu::

Was hoping there would be a balisongs collector here, I only remember the ones from the 80’s with the holes in them , usually made in Taiwan or Pakistan for the cheaper ones ::tu::

Very nice. Sorry to hear about the health issues, if you don’t mind me & the wife will be praying for you. If you would rather me not say anything to her, I will pray for you myself. I still have my solid brass balisong from the ‘80’s & in the box. If you don’t mind me asking, how did you tighten it up?

Dang it, now I’m going to have to dig mine out from the’80’s. It’s still in the box & solid brass.
