Rolka Klein Germany

Can’t find much information on this knife. My question is this Klein the same as the Chicago based Klein. I seen some straight razors with the same name early 1900’s nothing on knives. Thanks for any information

According to Goins’ Rolka & Klein was an importer based in New York City c 1906-1911. Says they imported cutlery from Germany, mainly razors. Doesn’t mention any connection to M. Klein & Sons, the Chicago based tool company which was started in 1857.
