I’m not sure how many guesses you get but I’ll give it another try.
Was it made in New Jersey? If yes, is it an Osborne?

Re: Mystery Knife Game
You can guess as many times as you like but the original rule was they must be separate, not multiples in the same post.
There was once a connection to NJ but this one wasn't made there . Not an Osborne. J.O'.

I think I’ve got it now. If not I’ll go with three strikes and you’re out and let someone else figure it out. I’m hoping instead it’s third times a charm.

Re: Mystery Knife Game
The company behind this knife had a reputation for quality pocket knives and marked their blades with a distinctive name that practically screams precision. Can you figure out what it is?

It’s not Salisbury. It’s made in a state adjacent to the one where Case knives are made.

The bone for the handles on the knife are consistent with what was used by early Holley , a certified customer of the Salisbury Handle Company.( per Salisbury Historical Society)Bradfordguy wrote: ↑Sat May 10, 2025 11:55 am It’s not Salisbury. “Robeson Shuredge Rochester, NY”
Ding ding ding! I picked this one because I live in Rochester now. (Have since 1998). I’m in Bradford today and spent some time with Mike Dubois who recently retired from Case. Saw some interesting things at his shop.
Your turn Ridgegrass.
