Thanks "Q"! ::handshake:: The coffee mug is my favorite! 16 ounce size, and it came from Hawaii.
Our Son has been there several times, and always brings us something back.

I really like it too, Tony. Thanks.

BTW, I noticed Marco hasn't been on in about 10 days. That's not like him. I'll send him a PM..

Great EDC TMK👍👍🍺, .... ::hmm:: By coincidence this morning, I just pulled out my 'ol 2-dot Case S.B. from a bathroom drawer of all places (I was looking for something else ::facepalm:: ) ... 🤗I was happy to have found it and did a quick touchup on the blade then shoved it into a case and then slid it onto my belt. The Sod buster pattern seems to one that most users really like,🤗🤤 including me ::nod::

Have my Camillus with wood scales in my pocket today.

After watching the Hobbit again last night I've dubbed this knife Thorin Oakenpants.

I thought about Thorin Oaken-no-shield but it's not quite right.

Nice an' big Sere, Tony, a long time on my "Watchlist"! The condition appears to be pristine, too! I was quite surprised when I read the OAL is 10"! ::hmm::
Great minds at work on this one for sure! ::handshake::

Thanks Mark! Now the quest is getting the other Sere folders from the same era eventually, with the same handle material.
Don't have any of the fixed blades yet either. My collecting focus is changing to acquiring sets of the same knife, maker, pattern, model,
or series, vs. random purchasing. Yes, we do have like minded preferences in knives! 8) ::handshake::
JFYI, Tony, www.arizonacustomknives.com lists Al Mar SESE series with all sorts of covers and features regularly, so you might find something you're looking for there. ::hmm:: Good luck on completing the set! ::tu::

Many thanks Mark, and great to see you back! ::handshake:: The knife is all you for it is an auto...
Cobratec Savage they call a hidden release, but is a bolster release ... 3 1/8" Cutting Edge S35VN ... 4 1/2" Handle ... 7 3/4" OAL
Silver 6061 T-6 Aluminum Handle ... Tip Up Carry Pocket Clip ... Opens hard and fast ... Very Precise Machining and F&F

I bought this last year as a second for half price of what it is now, but I cannot see why they listed it as a second. Currently,
it is offered in M390 steel. If this knife was 1/2" longer oal, with a 3 3/4" blade, I would be ::super_happy:: It is a little bit short
for big hands. https://cobratecknives.com/collections/ ... en-release
They make a lot of autos other than this one.

Thanks a bunch, Tony, I am familiar with how the Cobratec autos look and operate, but I didn't recognize your all-metal model and is why I asked. That model I find extremely attractive and will likely risk ordering one eventually. Everything I've heard/read abut them is positive.

I appreciate the welcome back, guys, it seems my old age is creeping up on me faster than expected, so if I'm absent from time to time it's only because I'm not up to it and and am tending to the next thing that knocks me down. I'm a tough old bird though, so I'll give it my all! ::handshake::
