Welcome to AAPK. You’ve got some nice Case knives.

I’ve been collecting pocket knives going on 60 years (yes, I’m old), and for the first 30+ years of that it was pretty much exclusively Case. The best place here to see those and others folks’ (and to post yours) is in the Case Collector’s subforum https://www.allaboutpocketknives.com/kn ... m.php?f=66 ::tu:: Based on your post there are threads there you’ll be interested in. https://www.allaboutpocketknives.com/kn ... hp?t=36151 https://www.allaboutpocketknives.com/kn ... hp?t=45898

Since you’re new here I’d recommend going to the forum homepage (click on “Forum” in the header at the top of this page) and taking a self-tour to see what’s here. In addition to dedicated subforums for various brands, there’s a place for your comments about lots of other non-knife related topics too. Jump in! ::handshake::

Here are a few that are very special to me:
1000001479.jpg
The 61048 was the 1st pocketknife I remember buying when I was in the 9th grade 1960 or '61. Carried through high school, used in agricultural class/FFA. Left it at home when I went to Parris Island, my dad took possession and I don't remember seeing it until August of '79 when he passed away. I had a new blade put in it after I joined in AAPK. Original blade was XX.

THE 2nd is C61050SAB my wife bought for me on our 1st Christmas in 1966. It has been back to the Case factory for a new pin and a facial. :) It has been retired. It's a '65-'69 XX USA.

3rd knife down is a 6 dot ('73) 6250 my son bought for me. It too is shelf queen.

The big ol' 5172 was given to me by my best friend about 2 weeks before he passed. He and his wife drove to our house for a visit and he handed it to me and said, "Phil, I want you to have this one!" It is a 4 dot 1976. He knew something was about to happen. ::tear::

The last on is a little TB62028 my oldest daughter gave me several years ago. It's my "Sunday go to meetin' " knife and any where a pair of slacks are appropriate attire.
