I am anxiously waiting, I’m clearing a spot out now for it on my carving shelf.

I’m am very proud to say I recived my beautifully made duck decoy from Jim(Olde Cutler) today. It’s a wonderful display of craftsmanship and I have cleared a spot to proudly display it on my mantle with some of my carvings. Thank you again Jim and what a wonderful group of people on this site who generously give.

Thanks for all the comments on the decoy. and glad to see that Coley found a spot in his man cave. I was quite surprised to find in my mail box a small box from Coley. When I opened it, I found he had returned the favor and carved a mini duck that has with the push of the red button a lower jaw that moves up and down as in the quacking motion. Absolutely great mechanical action, carving and painting to replicated a miniature "talking" duck.
Thanks Coley

Now that is a cool return. Migration is going on right now so I guess that one just joined in. Good for you and good on Coley as well.

I’m glad he landed on your porch. As soon as I saw that I won I was out at the scroll saw with a pattern I drew up. Not nearly as correctly proportional as yours or accurate but a fun little desk top amusement for you I hope.
