China made knives/ tariffs?

Post by TripleF »

Will China made knives fly off the shelves knowing new ones will be priced MUCH higher because of Tariffs, thus making
USA the way to go?

China made knives might fly off the shelves. I could see that happening but everything will increase in price whether it was affected by tariffs or not. Doesn’t matter where it was made.

It happened with the COVID outbreak. No reason to think it won’t happen again with the tariffs. Retailers will use the tariffs as an excuse to raise prices across the board.

Awesome.....just another reason I can't afford to live in the USA. Can't afford gas, let alone a home.....and now knives....wonderful.

My post was only my personal prediction of history repeating itself. I don’t recommend ruling out the possibility that I could be way off base.

It might be a possibility

That is the more likely scenario.
