Anyone recognize the mark on this pearl barternder's knife?

Post by knifeaholic »

This knife is 3-3/8" closed. The only markling is on the spear blade tang. Definitely not a USA made knife. Anyone recognize this logo?

So you're the one who won that one! It's a trademark of Hugo Heinz, in Germany between the wars.

Hi Steve. I think it might be "Hugo Heinz". Page 251 of Carter's 655 page book on German Knife And Sword Makers.
