A couple of days ago, my trip to the post office produced this booklet. It is titled, "SUNDAY KNIVES" by John Roberts. It is a softcover booklet, has 8 pages, and is from July, 1979. It describes, and has color pictures of pocket knives with the various "pearls." Mentioned are, Gambier Pearl, Opal Abalone, Oriental Abalone, Peacock Abalone, Regular White Mother-of-Pearl, Smoked or Black Pearl, Splotched Pearl, Aged Yellowing Pearl, and Golden Pearl. It measures 6" x 9" It is in MINT condition. It is a most welcome addition to my meager, but growing, knife and cutlery library.

I do NOT collect SPYDERCO knives. I do NOT currently own a SPYDERCO knife. The only SPYDERCO knife that I did own,
I found while I was working at my job. I sold it the day before I joined AAPK. Here are the only pictures that I have of it.
https://www.allaboutpocketknives.com/kn ... 87#p685487

However, the reason for this post is to share a SPYDERCO, 2016 RETAIL PRICE GUIDE that I have,
with you SPYDERCO aficionados. If this was matched up with a catalog, I do NOT have it.
There is still MUCHO information to be found in this 2016 RETAIL PRICE GUIDE.

This past December, one of my visits to the post office produced this "CAMILLUS KNIVES" catalog. It now becomes my latest example to be posted under this topic or thread. It also became the latest example to be added to my CAMILLUS catalog collection. This catalog has 12 pages, NOT INCLUDING the front and inside front cover. Also, NOT INCLUDING the back and inside the back cover. This catalog measures 8 7/16" X 10 3/4" There is a hand-written date of 11/16/49 on the front cover. On the first page it says, "CATALOG NO. 50" So, I do believe that this catalog is for the 1950 CAMILLUS KNIVES, and that this catalog was obtained by a previous owner in November 1949. It appears that this CAMILLUS KNIVES catalog was for dealers. This catalog has NO PRICES listed. This catalog has NO DAMAGE. This catalog is COMPLETE, INTACT, and in VERY GOOD condition. I scanned the entire catalog. It is posted, in its entirety, in the "Camillus Cutlery Collector's Forum", under the "Camillus Ephemera" topic or thread (posted on Friday, December 20, 2024).

This morning, my trip to the post office produced this book. It is titled, "Pocket Knife Traders Price Guide" by Jim Parker. It is a softcover book, volume 2, it has 309 pages, and it is the 1994 edition. It measures 4 1/8" x 9" The brands covered in this book are Bulldog, Case, Fight'n Rooster, M.S.A. Knives Pre-WW 1, Marbles, Parker Frost, Parker Cutlery, Parker Brothers, Parker and Son, Parker-Imai, Parker Edwards, Parker USA, Rigid, United, Remington, Standing Stone Cutlery, T.R.V.K.A. Golden Age Cutlery Classics, and Winchester. Overall, this book is in NEAR MINT condition. James "Buzz" Parker signed/autographed it for me. It is a most welcome addition to my meager, but steadily growing, knife and cutlery library.

Not too recently, this pocket knife hat, lapel, or tie pin arrived in a group or lot of pocket knives that I purchased. This pocket knife hat, lapel, or tie pin now becomes my most recent post under this topic or thread. I did NOT purchase the group or lot of pocket knives to obtain this pocket knife hat, lapel, or tie pin. However, it did turn out to be a keeper. It now becomes the latest addition to my general, pocket knife ephemera collection. It is an UNBRANDED, approximately 3/4" X 1", pocket knife hat, lapel, or tie pin. The pin itself has NO markings on it at all. I DO NOT KNOW if the "butterfly clutch" (pin back) is original to the pin. Probably not, but who knows. It is stamped or marked "PAT. NO'S. (over) a five pointed star with ? in the center (over) STERLING (over) 2308412----2308424" Overall, this pin is in VERY GOOD condition. It did NOT need any cleaning at all. I just wiped it off. I took some pictures and here it is.

Not too recently, my visit to the post office produced this advertising, pinback button. This is my most recent example to be posted under this topic or thread. At the time, it also became the most recent addition to my general, pocket knife ephemera collection. It is a pinback button advertising the "RUSSELL WHITTLERS' CLUB" It measures 3/4" in diameter. It has the complete pin. It has the original, complete, manufacturers back paper. This pinback button is in EXCELLENT condition. This pinback button did NOT need any cleaning at all. I just wiped it off. I took some pictures and here it is.
