Customized Gentry Knives

From a knife collecting perspective, there is nothing worse than a good knife marginalized with "run of the mill" celluloid handles.

This is a customized set of three "Tactico & Elegante" Gentlemen's folding knives. Designed by Michael Beasley, these are a First Production Run collectible. I replaced the celluloid scales with three different variations of custom fitting Maple. From top to bottom is Spalted Maple, Curly Maple, and Birds Eye Maple. Then I outfitted a refurbed cigar box to showcase them.

Although these turned out pretty nice, I proved to myself that I don't want to quit my day job and do this for a living....this is hard!
