New book on Bill Bagwell

Post by Larryburford »

There is a man in New York that has a new book on Bill Bagwell he has published. The author's name is Dominique Beaucant and apparently, he knew Mr. Bagwell and has written a few other books and knife articles. I believe Dominique also tests bowie knives for some of his articles. The book is very expensive and very limited. If anyone wants his contact information you can email him at [email protected]

After getting to know Dominique better I found he is a renowned knife writer in New York. He knew Mr. Bagwell since November 1981 and he has written 19 articles on Bill Bagwell and two books now, along with writing 16 more books on knifemakers and over 250 magazine articles.

I received my copy of the Bagwell book today. It is and extraordinary great book. A true work or art and a wonderful tribute to the great knife maker Bill Bagwell. The book is full of hundreds of photographs that have never been seen before. I will treasure my signed copy and pass it on to my son and grandsons.
