Opinions needed on handle material

I would appreciate any input on what the handle material is on this knife
I don’t have it in hand yet it’s on its way it’s a 80’s Boker

From your pics it appears to be faded "layered" celluloid like the one below. Didn't know that material was still around in the 80's. ::shrug:: Let us know when you get it. Good luck with it. J.O.
