Any ideas?
Any ideas on this pocket knife? Gifted to me for my collection. No makers mark on tang that i can see.

Looks German or maybe French? Is it automatic or just a lock-back ? Did you try some pencil lead on the tang?
Might be some slight remnant of a mark. Good luck with it. Interesting piece.
