Cresta France Multi-Tool with No information

I picked up this Cresta France multi-tool pocket knife. The quality is good. However, I can't find any information about the brand at all. It's clearly made in France but there is no information about who makes the knife. I was hoping someone might have seen one before or has some knowledge about the manufacturer.

Levine's 3rd editions says:" CRESTA, Sheffield, England. 20th century, Low value." Maybe they made them in France too? Good luck with it. J.O'.

Although l dont have one with the Cresta stamp, l have several knives of this pattern. The quality ranges from horrible to superb. Handle material is plastic, horn, smooth bone, and metal. Ive always heard them referred to as champagne pattern knives; though lm not sure why.

Interesting can opener. I wonder if that other little tool was meant for loosening the cage around a cork on a champagne bottle?

Here are some from various French manufacturers. The nicest one is the many bladed with blond horn covers by Eloi Pernet. The finish inside and out is spectacular! See the first pic.
