HEY Remington Collector....whats this little gem worth??? any info would be apprieciated!!

That looks like a R1483 Serpentine Jack with a long pull spear main blade. Book price for mint is around $200. This one would probably grade excellent and book for around $75. If I was wanting it, I'd bid $65 and see what happens.
