Another mystery knife, need some help to identify

Happy New Year to you all! Starting off with another mystery knife that I need your help with to identify. Is this military or what else?? Please see photos. Appreciate any help you can give!

It’s an odd find for sure! It is very well made so I don’t think it is “Theatre”? The handle is reminiscent of military use. The handle is tight with Brass and I think Bakelite or wood ring spacers. Look more Bakelite than wood. The Blade is obviously well used but maintains a very sharp edge. Filet blade perhaps? This is a tuff one to figure out. There are zero identifying marks anywhere that I can find.
