Does anyone have any info on this knife I can’t seem to find anything about it. I’d like to know year and price if possible. Thank you

Welcome to AAPK. The tang stamp on the knife is more important and meaningful than whatever etch is on the blade. Unfortunately in your picture the tang stamp is out of focus. Maybe someone else will recognize it, or if you can post a clearer picture of the tang stamp it will help getting answers to your question,

Type Frank Buster in your Google search engine it has a good history of his company. Watch those handles closely they are celluloid and have a bad tendency to out gas and ruin the whole knife.
