Some really nice Barlows here. Here’s some of my Russell’s. I’m pretty confident all but one are legit. The fish knife that is not a lockback has me wondering. No sign of alteration, but I haven’t seen another.

I love Barlow's with bone handles. However, this is my favorite I've had that has wood handles. I don't know too much about it, except it's a Wostenholm brand. I'd love any additional info anyone might be able to share on the Witness cutlery history. I actually have it for sale in my shop if anyone is interested.

All beauties Q. Northwoods is one that I have never been able to acquire at a price I am willing to pay. Maybe someday. Yours looks mighty fine.

Re: Barlows does anyone else love them
I picked up this real early Barlow, late 1700s ?
Ivory handles . Frame and bolster are all one piece construction .
Hard to read the tang stamp but I believe it reads
INNC
CENT.
Any help dating and the maker is appreciated .

Thought I would breathe some life into this thread with some recent Barlow acquisitions I’ve made. All GEC 77 Northfield Barlows. The front one is camel bone and it has some great color on it.

Those are beautiful!
Here is a John Primble that I finished today. Repaired the Main blade, and rehandled in home-dyed bone.
Not my best ever, but I still like the look of it!
