It has a European look to it.

I think there is a third line in that main blade tang stamp.
What it looks like to me is.....

I believe there is a third line but no nothing on the knife anywhere else. I can very faintly see something next to the stamped lines that looks like an x but I can’t tell anything other than that.

Maybe try coloring over it with a pencil. It can help. Also, expand your picture frame before you take the picture. The get a good focus from a couple angles. Good luck. J.O'.
