Wolfertz & Co., Allentown, Pa.
Wolfertz & Co., Allentown, Pa., 3 5/8" closed.
This company has a great history. There are numerous threads in the forum about this brand but I wanted to put this one in Knife Lore.
A honest old knife and a hefty knife. Still nice and tight and a heck of a spring on the secondary.
Thanks for looking.

Joe that one is sweet and has a very quiet, simple elegance about it. Wonderful old knife.

Re: Wolfertz & Co., Allentown, Pa.
Here is one that I have with a slightly different stamp. Probably been previously posted in one of the other threads?

That is a very nice looking knife Dan.
I need to add one (or more) of this brand to my collection, I have none.

That's a nice Wolfertz Joe. Is there any hint of a blade etch on the main blade? I have 3 and of those, 2 have a blade etch, one almost not there. Here is the one that is clear. Both have cell handles. The equal end is very faint, won't even attempt to show the etch. and a pruner I got from am AAPK member, Sauconian, at a local show a while back.

Nice knives Steve.
Great contribution to the thread. I really like that strong etch on your knife.
There is no etch on my knife.
Thanks for posting.

I only own 1, and see that I have never posted here, so probably not anywhere. I'll try and bring it out for a pic in the next day or so.
