Looks like a souvenir from Toledo in Spain. The city is the historic source of Spanish swords, knives, and cutlery.

Pictures of the stamps on its blade tangs might reveal which factory made it. Good quality knives of its style were made in Germany and very inferior ones were made in Pakistan. I do not know if this style was made in Spain. Do you have its sheath?
