I was cruising eBay when I ran across this large Schlieper. What do you guys think about those handles?
For some reason I’m reminded of this quote from George Patton when he was asked about his revolvers.
“Son, only a pimp in a Louisiana whore- house carries pearl-handled revolvers. These are ivory.”
Don’t get me wrong, I’d still like to have the knife.

I have never seen anything like it. The tiny facets make me think that it is made from tiny pieces all fitted together. If so, that would be a lot of painstaking work for a mediocre look, in my opinion.
