Traded for a small Sebenza w/ Night Sky graphic.
I recently traded for a small Sebenza, with the Night Sky graphic. It is one of my dream Sebbies!! It arrived yesterday!! Pictures do not do it justice! The small one is mine. The previous owner sent the picture to hold me over until mine arrived. I do not own the large one, just the small one. I EDC a small Sebbie.

TKC this is my first time ever seeing any thing like this.
Can you tell use more? Sebenza is this a mans name or a company name, type of blade or custom knife?
Night Sky with Mother of Pearl Cabochon what does this mean ?
From what I see she looks well built. It’s good to have a dream come true. Very nice of you to share this sweet lady with us.

Wow TKC, that is nice, and one of my favorite Sebbie lazer etch motifs. I'm jealous!
I don't have a Sebenza (yet) but when I do get one I think I'll go for the Stars and Stripes motif.
Justtold52, Sebenza is one model of several by maker Chris Reeve Knives, widely considered to be the highest quality production folders in existence. Sebenzas are made with S30V blades and titanium framelock handle construction. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but CRK I believe was the first to use the titanium framelock, which they called the Monolock, which now of course is widely imitated.

The Sebenza is one of the folding knives made by Chris Reeve Knives. Here is a link to Chris Reeve Knives: http://www.chrisreeve.com/
Thank you for the compliments on my new Sebbie!! The Sebenza is knife perfection to me. On the Night Sky, the moon is usually MOP, but on this one, it is Paua shell. That is all that that means. You are correct in that Chris Reeve was the first to create a framelock (integral lock as it is called.) AND the first knife compnay to use S30V as well.

SCHWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET
Not a huge CR fan, but I wouldn't refuse one either.
Nice to know the "sisters" of knife collecting are neck and neck with the boys, and this post proves the ladies have a few "show-stoppers" of their own. Really schweet knife.
TKC, not totally in the know here,,,what are we talking as far as availability and price range for the Sebbies models. Lethal EDC, just make sure we are back to back if "IT" goes down. Toe to Toe might prove an unpleasant venture for your opponent, be it flesh or flotsam.
Take care,,-Glenn (aka I-LIKE-KNIVES (ilikeknives))
