The mark, one of dozens for this firm, puts it right in the WWI years and maybe just a little beyond. O'.

This CASE is solved. ::tu:: 1914-1920 mark. I think I found it a couple years ago for a buck in a cigar box of junk. Couldn't read the mark until I got it home and cleaned a little . Nice surprise. O'.
