Help identify please!
What is this. Was given to me by Supervisor. Seems to say Nippo on the tang. Purple in color. Brass lanyard ring. Any ideas?

Nippo might be Nippon which would be Japan. Cute little knife.

Looks like a Japanese grooming knife?
I've seen very similar, in color and design, but in a fish knife pattern. Mid 70's to early 80's would be my best guess for manufacture date.
