The Village of Knives Celebration

Post by btrwtr »

There is a knife show in the historic Village of Little Valley New York this week, JULY 12-14, 2024 . I'll be setting up there so if you get a chance stop and say hello. Should be quite an event.

Here is a link for some details.

Wish I was closer. Looks like an interesting and fun event. Glad to see the folks in Little Valley appreciating their town’s history!

Here is the text of a post on the Case Collector’s Club Forum made by Case Collector’s Club manager Halley Burnett (a member here also):
The Village of Knives Celebration is being held on the Little Valley Fairgrounds July 12-14 in Little Valley New York.

The county fairgrounds will welcome knife dealers, collectors and enthusiasts from around the world, with tours of town, exciting displays, educational presentations and, of course, thousands of rare knives to see, buy and trade!

Admission is free to the general public

Ellicottville Brewing Co. will be making a special batch of beer, proudly brewed and canned in Little Valley.

"Forged in FIre" Champion Walter Baranowski and friends will be giving forging and knife-making demonstrations on site.

Make it a full week of vacay and come to both events in Little Valley and Bradford!
The last sentence is referring to the July 20 “Made in Bradford” event that Case is having. As I understand it there will be no charge for setting up to sell and swap Case collectables in the swap tent.

I will have 2 tables at this show. Fixed blades, folders, old boxes and a few old counter top displays. I'll be wearing a baseball cap with "Robertson's Knives" logo on it. Please stop by for some knife talk. Hope it's a good show for everyone.
