Not exactly a new knife, but one I haven’t held in a couple years, felt new to me.

Enlarging your picture I can't see it clear enough to be certain but I think it's a a 1980s National Knife Collectors' Association Case. Nice bone with added punch and pen blade. Is it a 4.25" 6575 or a smaller Stockman?

'81? .... ... I knew it!!! My dates are off!!! ... It is all this confounded time travel talk .... time seems to be running together like some quantum off-shoot of the "Schrödinger's cat" thought experiment ....

On a happier note and at the same time (see; "Schrödinger's cat thought experiment") a sadder note, I had a Brazilian girlfriend I almost married when I was in Brazil .... She was born in February of 1981...

Added a Case Tested sheepsfoot barlow to the pile. Very hard to find barlow, love the green bone from this era. Would love to find one with less blade wear.

If you found one with less blade wear, then you wouldn't want to carry it around.

That baby is great!!! ... and... for me a little wear and tear means it ends up in my pocket and on "lock-down" in the safe....
