Country of origin for............

Post by knife7knut »

a Leatherman e303.I just purchased this knife at a local department store for what I thought was a reasonable price. They had a display of Leatherman products and had two e303 models on sale.Their original price was $34.95 and they were marked down to $17.50.
Seemed like a good quality knife so I bought one.I looked all over the packaging and the knife and could not find a marking anywhere as to where it was made.I checked the Leatherman website but they don't list the country of origin either.
Interesting little knife;has a Philips and straight slot screwdriver blade as well as a folding carabiner and a neat feature called a Blade Launcher.Sort of a knob on the spine that you pull back to flick the blade open.It folds out of the way when opened.
Probably should have bought the other one as well.

All Leatherman products are supposed to be made in the U.S. You can check it out on their website at Leatherman .com.
