Can anyone read this stamp/mark and give me some info on this knife? I am sure it is right in front of me.... I just can't make it out.... ::facepalm::

Handle is horn, frame steel. Looks French to me .... 👨‍🍳🎨👕🥐🥖🍾🍷 ... but what do I know? ::shrug::
