Fridays 6 mile hike we did through an old growth forest. One of the best areas I passed through last year on my 286 mile hike. Just beautiful!!

Today’s hike in Ohio on the NCT. Wife saw the snake first. She was not too happy!!😂
Had an absolute beautiful day. 6 miles in the book.

I have heard tales of the mythical tree huggers, but until now I had always believed they were just an urban legend. Nice shot of an actual elusive tree hugger in action in its natural habitat, John! :lol:

My Pony II is on the fence about whether or not it should be used for clearing invasive plant species.
