Me too. Maybe LF&C was using up blades. I'm not certain it's real ivory, but it has striations down in it, unlike any French ivory I've seen.

Cool Beans Lyle! So I have evidence that H&B cataloged two different 2.75" ivory knives, catalog #130 was called Buffalo Ivoroy, and catalog #150 was called Ivoroy, I've attached my pictures of both knives from my collection - to me, your knife looks more like #130 and #150 looks more like traditional ivory, YMMV

Sorry for the delay Tom. Still looks like natural ivory, if man made , it's the best imitation I've seen.
